SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All products will be shipped no later than 3 business days after the original purchase unless otherwise stated. If an engraving is added to your order, please allow 7-10 days for the order to ship. All products are expertly packed to minimize and eliminate any chance of damage to the product in shipping.
All packages shipped from Petyk Customs have additional insurance up to the total cost of the item(s) in the box. If your product does happen to get damaged, please notify the carrier to open a claim and notify us immediately so that we can get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
Shipping Policy for hardware/table bases
Backorders: Any product that is placed on backorder or purchased as a pre-order will ship immidiately upon recipt of the item(s) by Petyk Customs.
In the case that both a pre-order and in-stock item are purchased together, the total shipment will be sent upon recipt of the pre-order item. Seperate shipping of the in-stock item may be requested within reason.
RETURN POLICY
Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. If there is an issue with your purchase or an item was purchased by mistake, we urge you to contact us immediately. Any items that have been engraved or altered from their original state are not eligible for return.
In the case that your piece fails due to craftsmanship or the wood used please contact us immediately. Quality is our number one goal and any product failure is unacceptable to us. We will work to either replace or exchange your failed product with one of equal or greater value at no cost to you.
Please note, this replacement policy only applies to failure of the board due to craftsmanship or the wood it was made from. Board failure due to improper care and/or negligence is not covered.
Hardware: Hardware orders can be returned up to 15 days after initial purchase. Returns will be completed when the purchaser ships the product back to Petyk Customs and provides a tracking number. Upon recipt of the tracking information, the initial purchase will be refunded sans the cost of shipping.

All of the products produced by Petyk Customs are individually hand crafted, one-of-a-kind creations, and not factory manufactured. As a result, products will have subtle variations from one piece to the next, caused by the natural variations in the wood as well as the hand crafting.
