Introduicing the Horizontal Cheese Slicer Jig!
 
The horizontal cheese slicer jig is specifically designed to enable quick and accurate repetability when manufacturing standard cheese slicers using our hardware.  Each jig includes a hardened steel drill bushing to align the main hole exactly 5" (4" on Small Variant) off the front edge of the board as well as countersunk holes and 1" screws to fasten the jig to a subplate or assembly station.  
 
The Jig itself is 3D printed from premium quality PETG-CF (polyethylene glycol carbon fiber) which offers superior stength and stiffness ensuring it can stand up to the demands of a woodworking enviroment.  
 
Product Notes:
"Large" variant is designed to work with the "Large" hardware and places the hole 5" off of the leading edge. 
"Small" variant is designed to work with the "Small" hardware and places the hole 4" off of the leading edge. 
 
A secondary offering inludes a hold down clamp to aid in supporting the work peice durring drilling.  Note: The clamp may not support the full force of drilling and additional support or clamping may be required for a clean result.  

Optional custom 1/4" drill bit can be purchased as needed.
